Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in reasonable condition, clean and with all original accessories and packaging included. Opened saline sachets are non-refundable. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support.medcodes@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is fully covered by Medcodes for defective, damaged or incorrect items. For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return your current one and once accepted, place a new order separately. Contact us at support.medcodes@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the process.
Discounted Items
Items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are eligible for store credit only, not cash refund.
Saline Sachets
Opened saline sachets cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Only unopened sachets in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return within the 90-day window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at support.medcodes@gmail.com.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be returned in reasonable condition with all original accessories and packaging. Opened saline sachets are excluded from this right. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
