Overview

At Medcodes we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping — United States: 10-12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Medcodes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.


Total Estimated Time

From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door:

  • Processing: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping: 10-12 business days
  • Total: 12-15 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time. If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order please contact us at support.medcodes@gmail.com.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over a specified amount — check our store for current promotions

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your purchase date please contact us at support.medcodes@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately. Medcodes is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.medcodes@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately at support.medcodes@gmail.com. We can only modify addresses before the order has been processed. Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.
